Khyle Frost

In December 2010 Wollongong singer songwriter Khyle Frost was in the studio to record his debut EP. The 4 track EP was engineered by Adam Jordan and features Alex Barker on drums and Murray Stace on bass.

When Khyle was tracking his EP he saw some of the Main Street Sessions videos and was keen on doing a session of his own. Time was limited as Khyle was due to head off on an East Coast tour in early January, so to make sure that viewers of the Main Street Sessions were able to catch some of Khyle’s music we managed to record and film 3 tracks in between Adam mixing the 4 tracks of the EP.

The Return of The April Maze

Hi all,

We had such a fun time with April Maze the first time that we said to them;
“Next time you come through, we HAVE to get you in”,
and that’s exactly what happened.

Making their way up and down the east coast of Australia in support of their debut album “Recycled Soul”, Todd and Sivan came to the studio with a clear goal. They wanted to capture their live sound and energy on video. All of the videos (except Sandman) were shot single setup, single microphone and single take.

Playing some originals off the album Main Street Sessions are proud to present for the second time “The April Maze”
